I lost my key, what do I do?
If you own The Original CLUB® or The CLUB® Basic and you have at least one key remaining, you can download the key blank order form or call 1-800-258-2321 to order replacement blank keys. If you have The CLUB® LX or The SUV/Truck Club® the keys cannot be duplicated, as they are specialty keys. Three keys are issued at the time of purchase and they are the only keys available for this product. If you should have further questions you may contact the key department at the above number.

I locked The CLUB® on my steering wheel and can’t find my keys. What should I do?
Winner International™ holds no master keys to The CLUB® products for security reasons. If all keys are lost we recommend contacting a locksmith for removal to avoid injury to yourself or damage to your vehicle. If you have a roadside assistance policy, they may be able to assist you with the lockout or put you in touch with a locksmith in your area. Winner International™ shall not be responsible for damage to your vehicle that may occur during the removal process by any means.

Which Club model best suits my vehicle?
The CLUB® BasicThe Original CLUB®, and The CLUB® LX now feature “one size fits most vehicles.” This will be stated on the front of the packaging. Additionally, for SUV’s and trucks, we offer The SUV/Truck CLUB® with a longer handle section for extended coverage. Can I buy your products at a retail store in my area?

Yes. Please visit your local retailer, whether a mass merchant or an automotive store, and ask for the product by The CLUB® name. For more information, please visit the Products page.

Can I buy several Clubs that use the same key?
Yes, keyed-alike Clubs are only available through our Direct Marketing Department at 1-800-258-2321. However, for security reasons, certain restrictions apply. Call for details. Please note: Keyed-alike Clubs are not covered by Winner International’s insurance deductible guarantee program.

Can I register my Club online?
Winner International™ does not have online registration available. It will be necessary to submit the original Club registration form enclosed in your original packaging (copies not accepted). This is one of the requirements of the insurance deductible guarantee. If the product does not contain a registration form at purchase, it is not subject to registration for the insurance deductible guarantee. The registration form is to be mailed to:

Once the registration form is received, it will be entered into the database. The CLUB® insurance deductible guarantee is in effect for a period of one year from the date of purchase on eligible products.

What do I do if I lost or did not receive a Club registration form?

Please call Winner International™ at 1-800-258-2321. We do require the original purchase receipt to issue a replacement registration form. Replacement registration forms will only be issued for the initial purchase transaction of The CLUB® models which are eligible under the insurance deductible guarantee. Second-hand purchase transactions and transfers are not eligible.

What is the time frame for the warranty for The Club®?
The Limited Manufacturer Warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase.

What is The CLUB® Warranty?
LIMITED WARRANTY
Winner International™, Inc. (“Winner”) hereby warrants to the original purchase of any new The CLUB® anti-theft device that the device shall be free from defect in material and/or workmanship. This warranty shall extend for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Should any such defect arise within the warranty period, Winner shall replace the defective product with a new Club. Under no circumstances, however, shall Winner be required to refund the purchase price of any Club. This warranty does not cover any failure of or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration or misuse of the product or failure to follow manufacturer’s operation instructions. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover damage caused by use of any attachment not original equipment to the product. Winner shall not be liable for any damages caused by use of the product other than indicated in the manufacturer’s instructions. Winner shall not be liable for any damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle caused by product and shall not be liable for loss of or damage to a vehicle or its contents.

What is the time frame for the insurance deductible guarantee?
The insurance deductible guarantee is for one year from the original date of purchase if your car is stolen with The CLUB® in place and you have properly submitted your registration and have complied with all insurance deductible guarantee requirements. Please be sure to send in your registration for The CLUB® and keep your original receipt on file, as it will be required should you wish to file a claim. (Not valid on certain items purchased and in the states of New York State, Hawaii, Texas, or Wisconsin where the insurance deductible guarantee is prohibited.)

How do I file a claim if my car is stolen while using The Club®?
Call the Winner International™ Claims Department at 1-800-258-2321. Our claims representative will take your information and explain what paperwork needs to be filled out and turned in. The insurance deductible guarantee is in effect for one year from the date of purchase. Please refer to instruction sheet for further details about the insurance deductible guarantee. (Not valid on certain items purchased and in the states of New York State, Hawaii, Texas, or Wisconsin where the insurance deductible guarantee is prohibited.)

How do I install my product? How does my product work?
Installation and use instructions for some products are available on our web site, however instructions are included in the packaging for all products listed on our site. If you are encountering difficulties, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-258-2321.

CAUTION: Before putting The CLUB® steering wheel lock onto your steering wheel, be certain your steering wheel is set in place. Many vehicles have steering wheels, seats and brake petals that adjust to a different position after a vehicle is turned on and sometimes after a vehicle is turned off. If your vehicle has these features, never attempt to apply or remove The CLUB® until the steering wheel, seat or brake petal are firmly in place and will no longer automatically adjust. Use the same cautions for any other automatic adjustable features on your vehicle.

How do I know if The CLUB® is working properly after purchase?
We recommend after purchase and before your first use of The CLUB® on your vehicle, that you should place the keys, that are enclosed with the product, in the lock housing and make sure that The CLUB® is locking and unlocking properly with the keys provided. If your keys are not working properly, you should contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-258-2321 or return the product to the location where purchased. The CLUB® (Winner International™) is not responsible for any damages or costs associated with the removal of The CLUB® products from your vehicle. Please test the product for proper function prior to use on the vehicle.

Why do The Club® directions tell me not to touch the spiral rod?
There is a chance that your fingers may get pinched if you are touching the spiral rod when installing or removing The CLUB®. For your own safety we caution you do not grab the spiral rod.

What do I do if The Club® is stuck on my steering wheel?
Provided The CLUB® is not resting against your windshield or other vehicle surfaces, the following may help:
The CLUB® may be extended on the wheel too tightly – try to release the pressure by pushing on both ends simultaneously.

Spray a dry graphite lubricant into the locking mechanism. Insert the key and try turning it with a pair of vice grips. Do not force the key when turning so as to avoid snapping the key off in the lock housing.

If the above doesn’t resolve the issue or if your Club is resting against the windshield, contact a locksmith for removal to avoid injury to yourself or damage to your vehicle. If you have a roadside assistance policy they may be able to assist with the lockout or put you in touch with a reputable locksmith in your area.

INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE GUARANTEE AGAINST THEFT
While The CLUB® is designed as a deterrent to vehicle theft, it does not guarantee that a vehicle will be absolutely theft-proof. However, by making theft more difficult or time consuming, The CLUB® can significantly reduce the likelihood that a vehicle will be stolen. Because Winner International™ (Winner) believes in the effectiveness of certain models of The CLUB® as a vehicle theft deterrent, Winner will reimburse to any original purchaser of “The Club” the purchaser’s insurance comprehensive (theft) deductible, of up to the designated amount for that particular model as set out on the packaging and in the registration form provided, if the vehicle is stolen with The CLUB® properly installed and the original purchaser meets all other claim requirements. This insurance deductible guarantee shall be honored for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This insurance deductible guarantee is only available in the United States and Canada. This insurance deductible guarantee is only applicable if the vehicle is stolen in the United States or Canada.

Insurance deductible guarantee not valid on some products (see product details on www.TheClub.com) and in some states, including NY, TX, WI, & HI.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
For Club products that do contain insurance deductible guarantees, return form within 5 days of purchase to qualify for up to the designated amount for that particular model of The CLUB®. Fill out and mail the original (no copies or facsimiles accepted). Keep original purchase receipt as it is required to file all claims.

This Insurance deductible guarantee applies to your comprehensive deductible but is limited to the amount specified on the packaging or registration form.

  • Vehicle must be registered in the US or Canada. The theft of the vehicle must occur in the US or Canada. Insurance deductible guarantee not valid in some states, including NY, TX, WI, & HI.
  • After the theft of the vehicle, request a claim form from Winner International™ and submit within sixty (60 days) from the date of theft along with all other required information.
  • Each The CLUB® steering wheel lock can only be registered to one vehicle.
  • Provide Winner International™ with proof of the insurance settlement and with the amount of the automobile insurance deductible.
  • Provide Winner International™ with a copy of the insurance declaration sheet covering the stolen vehicle.
  • Provide Winner International™ with the keys to The CLUB®, or submit a notarized affidavit to Winner International™ to qualify for the reimbursement.
  • Provide Winner International™ a copy of the police vehicle report stating that The CLUB® was secured on the steering wheel at the time of the theft. If you cannot obtain a police report or the police report does not contain all of the above information, Winner will provide you with a declaration to be signed under penalty of perjury, stating that the theft of the vehicle was reported to the police department and that The CLUB® was correctly secured to the steering wheel at the time of theft.
